My Theme for
the Day is:
Thoughts
“But Jesus knew their thoughts,
and said to them: “Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to
desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand.” Mt.
12:25
The religious Pharisees harbored seeds of jealous thoughts toward Jesus when he healed a demon-possessed man. Jesus knew what was in their hearts. Their thoughts produced a harvest of perverted accusations that would eventually lead to the crucifixion of Christ.
Thoughts have substance. Every decision you have made began with a thought. In making that latest decision were you completely aware of the new situations and circumstances that went along with your decision? We begin with a “happy chappy” and then a “oh no!” We found out, in order to drink the water, we have to first dig the well, but be careful not to fall into the hole! Begin to look at the other side of the coin. With every grand idea, there will be a field to plow, some filled with thorns and bristles but if you go deep enough and not give up, you will find rubies. If you “think” you can do it, then you can!
